Ada County Highlights: In Ada County, we witnessed a notable 35% increase in new listings, showing a robust market activity. However, the average sold price experienced an 11% decrease, presenting potential opportunities for buyers.

Canyon County Highlights: Canyon County saw a 13% surge in new listings, indicating a continued active market. Although the average listing price remained steady, the number of homes sold experienced a 28% decrease.

At House Of Palmer, we pride ourselves on our expertise in navigating competitive markets. Despite a slight decline in the number of homes sold, we successfully secured two properties under contract with buyers this month. These transactions were smooth and encountered minimal push back from the sellers. We also had a newly listed property that garnered significant attention and inquiries. We put it under contract in less than a week on market,

demonstrating our commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Our personalized approach and expert guidance allow us to tailor our strategies to each client's unique needs.
