  • Inventory continues to climb, now at 2.6 months ↑ 3%



Canyon County Highlights:

  • 165 new listings ↑ 32%

  • 106 homes sold, up 7%

  • Average listing price: $533,507 ↑ 2%

  • Average sold price: $453,143 ↓ 1%

  • Total pending sales: 119 ↓ 11%

  • 2.9 months of inventory available


What This Means for You:

If you’re a buyer, more listings means more options! Prices in both counties are holding relatively steady or trending slightly down, which could create that sweet spot for negotiation. A boost in inventory and active listings is always a welcome sign for those looking to make their move.
